This leasehold development is located in the hustle and bustle of Gombak, more precisely near to the LRT station of Taman Melati. The mall was expected to be ready by the end of 2013, while the apartments on the early part of 2015. However, progress has stalled and now the completion date of the apartments had been moved to the middle of 2015. MPJ, whose full name is Mega Planner Jaya, is now the current developer of the land.
