Integra Tower has one of the largest floor plates in the Golden Triangle and was built to LEED specified accreditation.
Integra Tower's platinum LEED certification says it all. With 20 percent energy savings, 40 percent water-efficiency and a reduced CO² emission of 1,663 tons per year, the development pays homage to environmental protection. Its high-performance building systems reduce energy and water consumption while maintaining a high level of indoor environmental quality. Specially built for discerning corporations seeking the perfect balance of functionality, sustainability and connectivity, it is in line with Kuala Lumpur's vision to be a world-class business, working and living environment.
Integra Tower is designed column-free with a central core. It has one of the largest floor plates in the Golden Triangle - approximately 25,000 sf per floor. The tower is divided into three zones, namely the Low, Mid and High Zone. Each office unit ranges from 3,000 to 25,000 sf and tenants can choose from a number of layouts to suit their needs and requirements.
