The Oasis is a leasehold condominium situated at Kampung Kastam, Gelugor, Pulau Penang. Residents can practice a healthy lifestyle by utilising the exercise facilities located within the condominium, namely the swimming pool, gymnasium, yoga room and squash court. Other facilities present include a shared barbeque area, jacuzzi and assigned parking spaces. There are also CCTVs installed throughout the premises to ensure that residents are protected from any potential intruders. It is highly recommended that residents of The Oasis sample on the delicious delicacies sold throughout Penang Island. Thus, residents will find no issue when travelling throughout the island or when travelling back to the mainland. The nearest bus stations: Recsam, SK Bukit GelugorThe nearest train stations: Butterworth KTM, Bukit Tengah KTM, Bukit Mertajam KTMThere are many schools built on Penang Island, thus residents staying there will not have to fret about their child’s education. Furthermore, residents can visit either Klink Permai Medical Centre (2.1 km), Klinik Batu Lancang (3km), Lam Wah Ee Hospital (2km) or Pantai Hospital Penang (8km) to settle their medical needs. The modern island city of Penang has lots of modern amenities and conveniences to offer the residents staying there.
