    Analysis
    The Saffron is in the same location where The Tamarind is, which is Sentul East. Slightly newer than The Tamarind, both developments are somewhat similar in rental wise and also the landscape scenery. The Saffron may not be as posh as The Maple @ Sentul West, but it is generally well-built with finishes that are not too shabby and in fact tallies with its price tag.
    Only 15 minutes or less away from KLCC without the traffic jam, The Saffron is indeed a development worth the potential investment. A few property experts have stated that its location, which is only 10 minutes away from Mont Kiara, will only serve to enhance the appreciation value. So although its appreciation value may not be as high as the developments in KLCC and Mont Kiara areas, this development are set to be one of the most worthwhile to invest condominium in Kuala Lumpur area.
    The Saffron is in within the proximity of trendy living in the lush greenery and also the convenience of amenities only stone throw away. In other words, you don’t have to get far to go to the ATM. The Saffron is accessible via Sentul Link, Duta-Segambut Highway and Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway, developed to link the developments to the other parts of the city. You can also get around using the KTM Komuter and Sentul Timur LRT stations for public transport, if you don’t feel like driving on that particular day.

    The Saffron maintenance fee of RM0.33 psf (including sinking fund) is among the highest in KL city. Even those luxury condominiums in KLCC and Mont Kiara are just charging around RM0.20 psf. High maintenance fee has always been common among YTL projects, hence investors just have to take this into account when projecting the rental cash flow, as a 1,000 psf unit would set you back a monthly charge of RM330.
    The view from The Saffron is the old Sentul town, which many consider the ghetto of Kuala Lumpur. It is yet to be seen how YTL could transform this old and forgotten town to a vibrant and high-class enclave. On the other hand, if you are looking for own stay, this property might probably be one of the cheapest luxury condominiums in Kuala Lumpur
