    Villa Orkid is a freehold, mid-cost condominium located in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur. It was completed in August 2013 by the developers, Harmony Property which is a subsidiary of BREM Holdings Berhad. Other properties within the vicinity include Bougainvilla and Rosvilla.

The penthouse has 5+1 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with a built-up of 3,187 to 3,353 sf.
    
    The developers of Villa Orkid are rather generous as each unit comes with two covered parkings. Also, the kitchen comes with cabinets with hood and hob, along with a built-in oven and built-in microwave. Air-conditioning units of various wattage are also provided for different rooms within the unit. Instant water-heaters are provided for two of the bathrooms. Also, the centralized refuse collection system and centralized gas system is also built into the building.
    
    Within Villa Orkid, there is multi-tier security, including card access and 24-hour patrol. It is also well-equipped with various facilities, including a lap pool and wading pool, along with a sauna. There is also a gymnasium, multi-purpose hall, and sky terrace. To enjoy the great outdoors, there is a jogging track, landscaped gardens, barbecue area and playground.
    
    Villa Orkid is strategically located, as it is close to Mont Kiara, the “expat village”, and Desa Sri Hartamas. The closest mall is the 1 Mont Kiara Mall, with Solaris Dutamas and Hartamas Shopping Centre being in close proximity as well. The closest banking hub is located in Taman Sri Hartamas where most banks maintain a branch. Due to its close proximity to the expat area, there are many international schools in the area including Garden International School, Mont Kiara International School, and French School of Kuala Lumpur among many others.
    
    The closest hospital from Villa Orkid is the Kiara Medical Centre. The development’s location is also very accessible as it is built right next to the North – South Expressway (PLUS), which connects to the Duta – Ulu Kelang Highway, and the Sungai Buloh Highway. Other highways that are easily accessible are SPRINT Highway and Lebuhraya Damansara – Puchong (LDP).
