    Residents of Mont Kiara Palma who have collection of recyclable items can place them in a prepared room on each floor called the refuse room. This is so because the management of the condo believes in protecting the environment and serving the community together in every small way. The refuse room is an easier way to help residents get rid of their daily newspapers and old bottles while serving a good cause at the same time. Also, the garden is maintained daily and watered well to keep them blooming
    
    Speaking about maintenance, as the building of Mont Kiara Palma is actually quite old. The building hasn't been maintained well and is showing signs of simple wear and tear. At times, the pipes leak and the tiles get lose, but these are minor problems which are fixable. In addition to that, the building could use a new coat of paint, as residents have said that you could tell the age from just looking at the building.
    
    Moreover despite its looks, in 2007, Mont Kiara Palma had been voted as the "Condo Champ" since it seems to be one of the best condos in all of Mont Kiara. Despite the few wear and tear signs, the management has never failed to keep the compound clean and its best state. This had been proven when it emerged as the overall champion in the recent Beauty and Cleanliness Award Federal Territory KL Competition under the condominium category.
    
    Given its tranquil atmosphere and complete facilities, it can be said that Mont Kiara Palma would be able to serve all the needs of various residents such as families, students, retirees and even single adults. However, it has been said that it would be a little too much for students in the budgeting sector and size too.
    
    Looking at the few flaws, since Mont Kiara Palma is placed in the upper end of the city, Mont Kiara is a traffic central. As it is well developed, there are offices in abundance along with schools and universities. Also, the schools in Mont Kiara are mostly international schools, which do not follow the Malaysia government school time, hence the traffic jams aren't only limited to peak and rush hours. As the school let out, parents and buses fill the streets at all hours making it a terrible hassle to pass through.
    
    Mont Kiara Palma has an awesome decorative surrounding that provides a tranquil environment and also has many conveniences nearby. However, the building has a few flaws and the traffic is insane. Having been placed on the higher end of Kuala Lumpur, such beauty comes with a scary price as well.
