SOHO units on the other hand with total of 336 units, have built-up size from 450 sf to 1,000 sf. Southern Tower (35-storey) comprises Hotel, Business Suites & SoHo. The Serviced Residences can only be found on the Northern Tower (18-storey), and typically have a built-up size of about 850 sf for 2-bedroom, up to 2,000 sf for a 3-bedroom unit.
