    Every element of 1 Sentrum’s design has been carefully considered right down to the external metal louvre screens which provide a unique aesthetically feature and sun-shading system for the comfort of those within the building. A Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) with nine compressors per floor provides capability to zone specific area for 24-hour control.
    
    1 Sentrum is served by a destination ProLogic lift system allowing 12 lifts to be programmed on a floor-by-floor basis. Accessed by smart card technology, it provides an additional layer of security and minimises average waiting time. An integrated smart card system operates the car parking barriers, security turnstiles at the sky lounge lobby, destination based lifts and access to the office floors.
