    Regalia could potentially be a great investment, due to its strategic location, and bold concepts. However, most studio units do not come with parking spaces, where one has to buy separately. But who needs parking spaces when there is plenty of public transport nearby 
    
    Location can be an encouraging factor to buy a unit at Regalia. There is a also a flyover built, which connects Jalan Kuching straight right to Regalia. 
    
    Regalia would be best for existing expatriates staying in Villa Putera and Villa Puteri to upgrade to a newer abode. They could just walk to their office nearby without ever needing a car, and hit the fitness center after work, all within walking distance.
