Kenny Hills is a sought-after location and famous for its low density development. The neighborhood is always labeled as the area for top CEOs and ministers in Malaysia. Of course, owning a piece of Kenny Hills would let you feel like one of them.

Even though Tijani 2 North is strategically located in an exclusive neighborhood that offers lush greenery and high privacy, but it seems lacking of these elements as it is located too close to Jalan Kuching.
Kenny Hills has no shopping mall nearby. You have to take at around 30 minutes drive to either KLCC enclave, Mid Valley City, or Mutiara Damansara for shopping malls. This is mainly attributed to its exclusivity, whereby the government has restricted commercial projects and developments in the area to maintain its exclusivity.
