It is another piece of Damansara Perdana township development by MK Land Holdings. The whole Metropolitan Square development is estimated to be completed in July 2010.

    Traffic right in front Metropolitan Square is busy as it is the main road in Damansara Perdana. Investment wise, the price seems to appreciate slowly in the begining and starts to pick up since the begining of 2010.
