    A commercial centre needs to be where all the action is at, and Southgate is right there. Being in Sungai Besi, where a lot of other commercial and residential areas are, this will mean that they are putting themselves right where there is high traffic. This will be good for retail outlets that decide to make Southgate their home. With people going in and out of the area, they will definitely be able to capture customers.
    
    Southgate is also very easily accessible for those who either work in the offices there, or even regular shoppers, because there are a number of roads that you can choose to access the property.
    
    On the other hand, that same advantage can also be a downer, because this means that there is a high chance of traffic congestion around the area, which could put people off.
