Damansara Avenue, Bandar Sri Damansara
Damansara Avenue is an urban integrated city development nestled in the matured Bandar Sri Damansara. It is a 7 to 10 years development by TA Global and was just launched in August 2010. It is formerly known as Seri Suria.
This 48-acre freehold mixed development will consist of private gardens, condominiums, corporate office towers, lifestyle mall and SOHOs. There is a 0.75km linear landscaped urban park at the centre of the development to complement and balance the city.
The urban park is divided into 3 zones; Zone 1 serves the residential community as well as F&B outlets, Zone 2 for its commercial component, including hotel, community centre and business park offices, and Zone 2 serves the lifestyle mall and corporate offices. The masterplan shows that Damansara Avenue will become a suburban town centre that boasts a living and working community.
The first development of Damansara Avenue that will be launched is the lifestyle retail and signature office suites, named Ativo Plaza. It consists of two 8-storey blocks that incorporate 2 floors of retail/F&B and 6 floors of office suites. There are a total of 198 office suites and 43 retail units. Each office suite has built-up size ranging from 547 sf to 4,094 sf. The retail lots are only for leasing and office suites were sold from RM440 psf.

So far, these residences are named Azelia Residence, 1B, 1C, 1D and 1E. These condominiums are sprawling from the north to the east side of the township.
