18 November, JOHOR BAHRU – United Malayan Land (UMLand Bhd) unveils the latest addition to its maiden Township – Bandar Seri Alam. Named after a precious gem stone, UMLand’s Topaz Residenz is set to provide the best in architecture and design to its future owners.
Estimated to be completed in November 2020, the Topaz Residenz will comprise of 108 units, 2-storey terrace houses for Section 1.
