UMLand Seri Austin's 13th anniversary and Hari Raya celebration 2018

 8 July, JOHOR BAHRU – UMLand Seri Austin marks the celebration of its township’s 13th anniversary in conjunction with Raya Celebration 2018.

Located within the popular growth corridor of Tebrau in Johor Bahru, Seri Austin has bagged more than 50 awards and recognitions. On top of the attractive amenities and convenient accessibilities, the township is enhanced by a numbers of commercial hubs like AEON Jusco Tebrau and Aeon Mall Dato’ Onn as well as IKEA Tebrau. KPJ Bandar Dato’ Onn Specialist Hospital and Fairview International School Johor Bahru are also within the vicinity. With the recent opening of Seri Austin – Setia Bridge that connected Seri Austin to Seelong towards Kempas ols road and Senai through Setia Business Park, gave an alternative route to reduce travel time and added more convenience among residents and surrounding area.

Adding to the convenience of living in the township, Seri Austin recently holds the ground-breaking ceremony for SJK (C) Kuek Ho Yao which targeted to complete by 2020. The school is expected to accommodate up to 2,000 students once it is completed in two years’ time. With the presence of school soon, the young familes staying in Seri Austin and within the vicinity will be benefited as sending their children to the school will be very convenient.

In the same event, a mock cheque amounting to RM5,000 were handed over to Persatuan Kebajikan Baitul Maghfirah, Johor Bahru as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The monetary contribution is made to aid the charity home in providing basic needs for the children. To add even more festive cheer, ‘duit raya’ were also distributed to all the children. The association is a charity home founded in 2011 provides shelter and guidance to orphaned girls ranging from 4 to 16 years old.

Among the highlights for the 13th year celebration are live band, angklung, teh tarik performance and magic show as well as children activities such as mini soccer, gasing colouring and lucky draws.

Also, in conjunction with the celebration, UMLand Seri Austin offering a special promotion package for the first 30 purchasers of D’Lagoon Apartment at Tower 1.
