UEM Sunrise’s Serimbun unveiled with strong interest from homebuyers

UEM Sunrise unveiled its latest landed residential development, Serimbun, located at the strategic area of Iskandar Puteri and adjacent to the matured Bukit Indah township area, in Johor. To date, UEM Sunrise has received strong and growing interest from homebuyers with at least 1,500 registrations for the 215 residential units of Serimbun.

8 February, ISKANDAR PUTERI – UEM Sunrise Berhad (UEM Sunrise), one of Malaysia’s leading property developers, today unveiled its latest landed residential development, Serimbun.

Serimbun is located at the strategic area of Iskandar Puteri and adjacent to the matured Bukit Indah township area, in Johor. Since the launch, UEM Sunrise has received strong and growing interest from homebuyers for Serimbun with at least 1,500 registrations received to date.

The Serimbun development, which sits on a 23.735-acres freehold footprint, commands a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately RM139.3 million. The low-density development of just nine units per acre comes with a total of 215 residential units that are slated for completion in in 2020.
