UEM Sunrise launches national hari raya campaign ‘riang ria raya ceria’ to invite public to its virtual raya open houses

test

12 MAY, KUALA LUMPUR – In time for this year’s Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration, UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise” or the “Company”) has launched a new campaign themed ‘Riang Ria Raya Ceria’ to bring cheer and happiness to the public  at the virtual UEM Sunrise open houses.

Through the campaign, homebuyers can also enjoy stress-free benefits provided under the Government’s Home Ownership Campaign which ends this May 31, duit raya, vouchers, and lucky dip goodies worth up to RM10,000.

In spite of the nationwide Movement Control Order, ‘Riang Ria Raya Ceria’ will spread optimism and positivity whilst celebrating the spirit of Aidilfitri with your closest family and friends in your own homes, and in this case, at the virtual open houses hosted by UEM Sunrise.

Thirteen high-quality and exciting UEM Sunrise developments in Johor and Klang Valley will be on offer for the ‘Riang Ria Raya Ceria’ campaign. In Johor, homebuyers will stand a chance of winning lucky dip prizes of HABIB Jewels vouchers worth RM2,000 to RM10,000.

The ‘Riang Ria Raya Ceria’ campaign will also see the unveiling of KAIA Heights – UEM Sunrise’s latest offering and a hilltop high-rise residence in Equine Park, Seri Kembangan. Situated on a plateau surrounded by Persiaran Equine Perdana and Jalan Equine, each unit in the 19.24-acre development boasts unobstructed breathtaking views of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Bukit Jalil or the Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve. KAIA Heights purchasers will immediately enjoy a RM5,888 duit raya.

“This may be our second year of celebrating Hari Raya Aidilfitri under the Movement Control Order, we still have much to be thankful for and we want to bring some cheer and happiness from our UEM Sunrise homes to yours. Buying a home is a huge decision and we want to make that an exciting experience for our customers when they purchase our properties,” said UEM Sunrise Chief Marketing Officer Kenny Wong.

“With the Government’s Home Ownership Campaign coming to an end this month, this is the very last chance to enjoy its benefits and the stamp duty exemptions,” he added.

In the campaign’s digital activation to excite and entertain customers, there will be a video series where a host invites viewers to the virtual UEM Sunrise open houses. At the same time, he will be delighting them with his take on Hari Raya outfits and mouth-watering festive delicacies. By RSVP-ing the video invitation, a friendly Company sales representative will bring customers on a virtual tour of the open houses where they can marvel at the happiness, potential, and opportunity that a UEM Sunrise home can bring.

As a continuation of the Company’s ongoing efforts for an enhanced and more convenient customer experience, users are free to explore featured properties in search of their dream homes on its upgraded website including virtual 360° show unit tours, live chat with a Customer Experience staff and a loan calculator.
