 UEM Sunrise Kicks Off Construction For Conservatory Project in Melbourne, Australia

KUALA LUMPUR, October 12  — Property developer, UEM Sunrise Bhd, has commenced construction of its second project in Melbourne, Australia, valued at A$330 million.

UEM Sunrise Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib said the company was thrilled to begin construction of the 42-storey ‘Conservatory’ property which was already 90 per cent booked.

“Following the success of our first Australian project, Aurora Melbourne Central, we are excited to fulfil our promise of delivering quality, luxury projects in Australia,” said Anwar in a statement.

The construction of the Conservatory’s 446 units of one, two and three-bedroom residence and residential facilities would be completed by end-2018.
