Tropicana “Just Bid It” recorded the highest social engagement as it rocks into its fifth bid!

  •  Malaysia’s first online property bidding that provides its registrants a chance to bid for the five chosen Tropicana exclusive properties. The bidding contest starts on 1 st April 2016 and ends on 20th May 2016.
  • Staying true to its objective, Tropicana has successfully engaged with its customers by recording the highest social engagement on its Facebook page.
  • To-date, three winners have been identified and are currently embarking on the necessary banking documentations. 

Petaling Jaya, 10 May– On 1st April 2016, property developer Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana”) rolled out its second digital campaign aimed to further engage with the community. The catchy “Just Bid It” campaign features the first online property bidding in Malaysia and offers its registrants a chance to bid for five Tropicana exclusive properties. The contest received overwhelming respond and received over 170,000 number of views on its video.

Tropicana Corporation Facebook page has even recorded the highest social engagement and is now officially verified. Tropicana is the first developer in Malaysia to attain this status and throughout the first three bids, Tropicana garnered more than a million page reach weekly. Three lucky winners have been identified and are now embarking on banking documentations.

“My brother and I earned some keys to bid. We felt that many bidders will be bidding at 1st RM300 above floor price of RM638,888 hence, it won’t be unique. We decided to try our luck between RM 300 – 600 above floor price and we got it!”

Why did you choose to participate in Tropicana Just Bid It?

Because the floor price is easily 20% below current selling price and if we win we already have that 20% ‘paper gain’. On top of that, I think Tropicana Heights will be a residential jewel in the southern part of Klang Valley, for many years to come. The freehold, low density, and huge Central Park concept are hard to be found in Klang Valley.
