KAJANG, September 22 — Last Sunday, Tropicana Heights celebrated three auspicious milestones with its invited guests and business partners in a closed-door event. The event which saw the official opening of its new capacious property gallery, celebrates its first successful foray into Kajang and has also recently unveiled its new Central Park, which is aimed to provide the public with a snapshot of the up and coming Kajang’s largest park.
Spanning over 2 acres, the new property gallery is part of the Recreational Hub, which is located on Tropicana Heights’s 199-acre, estimated RM2.18 billion mixed township development. The new property gallery will function as Tropicana Heights’ satellite office.
Speaking at the official opening of the new property gallery, Kelvin Choo, Executive Director of Project of Tropicana said, “Spanning across an impressive 199-acre land, Tropicana Heights is our first foray into Kajang and it is also our biggest township development in Kajang. We are very pleased to expand our brand and introduce our Tropicana DNA to the growing region of Kajang. Guests and members of the public were also ferried to the new show units where they were introduced to the unique and practical layouts of the Tropicana Heights landed developments. After the event, Tropicana treated all its guests to light refreshments. Staff at the property gallery were present to hand out goody bags to the guests and answer queries pertaining to the Tropicana Heights development.
