This initiative reinforces Tropicana’s commitment to redefine the art of living and caring for the community.
Lee Han Ming, Tropicana’s Group Chief Executive Officer shared the company’s commitment to alleviating the life of the Johor community and thanked MBJB for their good support.
“Staying true to our Tropicana mantra, we aim to redefine the art of living by providing a safe and wholesome environment for our community to live and prosper. This handover exercise marked an important milestone for our Tropicana development in Lido Waterfront Boulevard, Johor. This newly built flood mitigation system is well-equipped to trap garbage and prevent it from flowing into the sea. This will also help to improve water quality, ending pollution, and saving marine lives. To ensure the system works properly, we have also installed a pump control board and SCADA /CCTV monitor system in the pump control room. We are grateful to MBJB’s support and we are confident that together, we will raise the bar in mitigating flood.”
