Tropicana bags 7 wins at iProperty.com.my Awards 2021

28 MAY, PETALING JAYA –  Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or “Group”) was recently honoured at the fourth annual iProperty.com.my.com.my Development Excellence Awards (“iDEA”) 2021 by iProperty.com.my.com.my (“iProperty.com.my”). iDEA announced the winners of the 32 highly regarded categories in a virtual award ceremony that was live-streamed on iProperty.com.my’s Facebook page. Tropicana bagged 7 awards, in a range of categories from best developer, best residential landed development, best connectivity high-rise development to best community CSR award. The credibility of iDEA is achieved through its stringent judging process and the results are independently verified by PwC Malaysia, iDEA’s balloting partner.

Dion Tan, Tropicana’s Group Managing Director congratulated the teams on their win and stressed the importance of continuing a strong legacy that was built on a wealth of experience.

iDEA recognises and honours inspiring property developments that exemplify architecture, quality excellence, designs, and concepts that enhance the living experience of today’s homebuyers. The awards aim to provide confidence to property seekers and encourage more property developers to improve the quality of living for Malaysians.

Coveted titles of distinction were awarded to the most outstanding projects in 32 highly regarded categories. 26 out of 32 awards categories are development categories and were judged by an independent panel of esteemed property industry experts. To ensure that there is a holistic assessment with different perspectives, industry experts from various professional disciplines such as architecture, property surveying, topography, property law, engineering, building planning, green building, and property and facilities management formed the panel of judges. Ten best property developers were awarded the coveted People’s Choice Award based on the highest number of votes cast by members of the public.
