 Trinity Group offers 1% down payment  for Aquata project

KUALA LUMPUR, January 6 — Purchasers of Trinity Group Sdn Bhd’s development at Kuala Lumpur South (KL South), Trinity Aquata, need pay just a 1% down payment.

The offer, under its exclusive “Trinity Auspicious Package”, starts from Jan 7, together with other rewards, the boutique property developer said in a statement here today.

“To usher in the Rooster New Year, both customers and referrals will walk away with a RM4,000 gold bar with every unit purchased, during this festive period,” it said.

The RM370 million gross development value development project is slated for completion by mid-2019.

Spanning 1.45 hectares, Trinity Aquata offers 492 units of exclusive residences within two 26-storey condominium blocks with prices starting from RM580,000.

Meanwhile, Trinity Founder/Managing Director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat said the strategic position of Trinity Aquata within the Golden Triangle of KL South, allows access to several key and matured townships such as Bukit Jalil, Seri Petaling, Kuchai Lama and Sungai Besi.

“Residents in the area will also benefit from the close proximity of the South Integrated Transport Terminal and the proposed Mass Rapid Transit station at Sungai Besi,” he added.

Trinity Aquata is accessible via the Besraya Highway, KL-Seremban Highway, Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), as well as the KL-Putrajaya Highway – Maju Expressway (MEX).
