Tower B of Ferringhi Residence 84% taken up over a weekend

Penang, August 18  – Mah Sing Group (Mah Sing) launched Tower B of Ferringhi Residence 2 last weekend at Menara Boustead.

The first launched tower of the development opened up a total of 120 units for bookings. A total of 101 units were sold, which amounts to 84% take-up rate.

Ferringhi Residence 2 has 3 types of layout; 2 bedroom (1,208 sq ft), 3 bedrooms (1,494 sq ft) and 3+1 bedroom (1,565 sq ft) options with price starting from RM720,000. This 9.95-acre resort condominium offers a high-quality living experience from RM570 per square feet (sq ft).

Group Managing Director of Mah Sing, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum shared that Ferringhi Residence 2 is the Group’s continuous commitment to offer resort-style living in Batu Ferringhi.

He continued, “We are very pleased with the impressive take-up rate of the Ferringhi Residence 2 launch. We believe buyers are confident with our brand because we continuously deliver homes that exceed expectations.”

One of the unique selling points of the development is its strategic location. Ferringhi Residence 2 is situated in the vicinity of international beach hotels and 5-star resort condos as neighbouring developments.

The International School of Penang (Uplands), is also just a stone’s throw away from the development. As one of the leading boarding schools in Malaysia, Uplands bought over 2 blocks of condo villas of Ferringhi Residence (phase 1) as boarding for its students.

Living in a Resort Home

Ferringhi Residence 2 offers a resort-style living with an unblocked amazing sea view. Residents can comfortably walk from their homes to visit tourist sidewalks along the road or hop on a complimentary bus shuttle ride (service made available upon completion of the development) to Gurney Drive.

Creating a resort lifestyle ambience, residents are welcomed with a 5-star hotel standard grand lobby at each tower. Common areas feature natural ventilation and lighting for efficiency in energy consumption.

The ultra-contemporary resort-style villas are predominantly designed with a North-South orientation to optimise natural lighting and minimise direct sunlight into the units. The towers are connected to the indoor and outdoor facilities and clubhouse which will be housed on top of a podium car park.

As a testament to the development’s commitment to green initiative, Ferringhi Residence 2 features STREAM Automated Waste Collection Systems (AWCS) which is a cost efficient waste management system. The development is also registered with BCA International Green Mark and is in the process of obtaining the certification.
