Titijaya Receives High Qlassic Achievement Awards 2017

KUALA LUMPUR, 23 AUGUST 2017 – Titijaya Land Berhad (“Titijaya” or “Company”), a Bursa Malaysia Main Market Listed Company involved in property development, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Aman Kemensah Sdn Bhd (“Aman Kemensah”) has on 21st August 2017 received High Qlassic Achievement Awards 2017 for its Embun @ Aman Kemensah project. The ceremony was officiated by Works Minister Dato’ Sri Fadillah Yusof. Chief Executive of CIDB Malaysia Dato’ Ir. Ahmad ‘Asri Abdul Hamid was also present at the event.

QLASSIC (Quality Assessment System in Construction) is a system and method to assess and evaluate the workmanship quality of building projects, based on the Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7), The CIS 7 was established as a mean to objectively compare the quality of workmanship among construction projects through a scoring system.

Titijaya Land Berhad Group Managing Director Tan Sri Dato’ Lim Soon Peng said: “Quality is a translation of an idea and inspiration for Titijaya Land. Embun @ Aman Kemensah is a low-density gated and guarded development with 51 units courtyard villa with private lifts and private club house facilities that is surrounded by lush of greenery and comes with a hilltop cityscape view. Embun consists of 4 storey courtyard villas and 2 and 3 storey semi- D villas.
