Kuala Lumpur, 15 February 2017 – Award winning developer, Suntrack Development Sdn Bhd (Suntrack) is launching its latest residential development, The Riyang, in the well-established neighbourhood of Happy Garden, Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur. The Riyang sits on 2.03 acres of freehold land, and comprises 212 exclusively residential units sized between 1,477 sq ft to 1,884 sq ft, with one dual-key unit measuring 2,798 sq ft. With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM251 million, the condominium features a 35-storey tower with eight residential units on each level equipped with five lifts for reduced waiting time. Competitively priced from RM830,000 to RM1.2 million, or RM550 per sq ft, The Riyang has already attracted a great deal of interest since opening for private previews in June of 2016.

Each unit is designed with a minimum of three bedrooms and four bathrooms, a spacious yard area for laundry needs, and high ceilings for improved ventilation and natural lighting in all rooms. Additionally, the dry and wet kitchens offer a generous functional work space, while an additional room for the family’s domestic helper offers added privacy for each family member. Each unit will be allocated with two to three parking lots.

Subtle modern-retro elements incorporated throughout the landscape and facilities embody The Riyang’s concept, which aims to evoke treasured memories of one’s own childhood. Set against the backdrop of Kuala Lumpur’s panoramic city skyline, the lounge features an open function deck complete with a pantry and barbecue facilities, ideal for small to medium-sized gatherings. Designed with the next generation of families in mind, The Riyang’s surrounding compound and facilities are wheelchair and baby-stroller friendly.

Security is a top priority at The Riyang with a controlled access point guarded at any given time. The Riyang was also created to be environment-friendly with green features found throughout the design including a rainwater harvesting system, laminated windows to reduce heat gain, as well as architectural elements that enhance natural light and air ventilation, among others.

The development is surrounded by Happy Garden’s established neighbourhood; from schools, banks and hypermarkets, to infinite dining and leisure facilities, providing much convenience to each member of the family. The Riyang’s central location also provides great accessibility through major highways such as Jalan Klang Lama, the Sungai Besi Expressway, the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban  Expressway,   New   Pantai   Expressway (NPE)  and   the   KL-Putrajaya Expressway (Maju Expressway).
