3 April, PORT DICKSON – The Negeri Sembilan government is planning to create a special quota for every category of affordable homes under its housing policy for Malaysian Armed Forces personnel and veterans.
The Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said that the government had previously allocated 20% of the Type AA affordable homes priced at RM80,000 per unit at Taman Sunggala Hartamas near here to the state MAF veteran’s association.
We will create a special pool for affordable homes under the state housing policy so that the houses can be owned by MAF personnel and veterans, he said to reporters after the launch of the Defence Ministry Housing Blueprint by Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein recently.
