Southville City Interchange targets to complete in March, Avens VP completed, Savanna in VP stages, goodies for early move-ins, stay tuned for more exciting news in 2018!


4 March, KL SOUTH – Mah Sing Group’s (Mah Sing) key management members and staff came together to host a Chinese New Year (CNY) open house at Malaysia’s Biggest Property Show Village and Sales Gallery located in Southville City, KL South earlier today.
As one of Malaysia’s major celebrations, Chinese New Year is the time of the year to get together with family and friends. This year, Mah Sing Family extends its CNY Celebration at Southville City to the public. The vibrant acrobatic and traditional lion and dragon dances can be seen in action during the open house. There were eight lions during the lion dance performance which signifies ‘luck’.
Mah Sing’s Group Managing Director, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum was also present to celebrate the auspicious occasion. “This is a very significant celebration for Southville City. Our 3,192 units of Savanna Executive Suites will be handed over for Vacant Possession from March onwards and as part of our effort to ‘Reinvent Affordability, Enhance Life, we are giving away free 12-month Astro Value Pack subscription for the first 1000 purchasers who move into Savanna Executives Suites within 6 months from the date of Vacant Possession. The lou sang ceremony was made extra special as the Astro Classic Golden Melody singers, Mun Wen, Caryn, Kelly and Astro Quest winner Vivian Lea, the public, the children from Pertubuhan Kebajikan Yesuvin Mahligai Selangor and representatives from Persatuan Kebajikan Suara Amal Selangor joined the Mah Sing family for a prosperous tossing session.
The popular singers were there to present a mini concert, plugging on the atmosphere at Southville City Sales Gallery. The singers were in their element as they belted out New Year tunes, their renditions of popular classic Chinese songs and timeless English favourites. They were even joined by Mah Sing’s Vice President of Corporate Admin Puan Sri Datin Sri Sulvian Leong in the finale song which is the infamous New Year song, Gong Xi Gong Xi.
The exciting event was abuzz with various activities and visitors were entertained by performances including the 24 Seasons Drum Performance, Chinese Wushu Performance, God of Prosperity appearance and an array of children’s activities such as Gold Coin Pouch-Making, God of Fortune Hand Puppet-Making and Clay Mandarin Oranges Pot–Making.
Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong said, “We are thrilled to share a facet of the Chinese culture with everyone here today. Regardless of race and religion, everyone took part to indulge in various activities making it a truly colourful affair. Mah Sing Group exhibits goodwill by donating to Pertubuhan Kebajikan Yesuvin Mahligai Selangor and Persatuan Kebajikan Suara Amal Selangor
In the spirit of sharing the joy of CNY, Mah Sing presented RM5,000 to Pertubuhan Kebajikan Yesuvin Mahligai Selangor. Mah Sing Foundation previously funded their renovation under The Star’s DO Good Programme.
Mah Sing also donated RM5,000 to Persatuan Kebajikan Suara Amal Selangor, a non-profit organisation that reaches out to charity homes and organises activities for the less fortunate. Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong and Mah Sing Foundation’s Chairman Dato’ Indera Syed Norulzaman bin Syed Kamarulzaman presented the mock cheques to the beneficiaries. 20 children from Pertubuhan Kebajikan Yesuvin Mahligai Selangor were also present to enjoy the celebration.
2018 – Action packed year for Southville City; on-time delivery for both products and major infrastructure, plans Sensa launch
Mah Sing’s biggest township in Klang Valley will witness acceleration in 2018. Southville City’s current residential phases include Avens Residence, Savanna Executive Suites and Cerrado Residential Suites. Avens Residence, 2 ½ storey and 3 storey link homes with built ups 2,988 sq ft & 3,438 sq ft has been completed with Vacant Possession (VP) and Savanna Executive Suites, with built ups from 956sf 960sf and 1,017sf are also completed and will deliver from March onwards.
The direct interchange from the KL-Seremban Highway is on track for completion by end of March and will open soon. The interchange will enable buyers to experience significant ease in travelling in and out of the township as the direct access will make the township only a 19km drive away from Kuala Lumpur City. The completion of the direct interchange also coincides with the completion of Savanna Executive Suites and Avens Residence. This means that buyers can immediately benefit from the extra vibrancy and added convenience of the new interchange.
2018 will see the launch of Southville City’s Sensa Residence in 1H 2018 with indicative built ups from 888sf and indicatively priced from RM385,000. The gross development value for this new launch is approximately RM435 million.
