KUALA LUMPUR, March 17 – City developer SkyWorld Development Group (SkyWorld) hosted an Aloha beach party themed media tour at its very own multi-award winning and newly completed SkyMeridien Residences (SkyMeridien). Guests were invited to witness themselves the resort-inspired sky living experience and official launch of Solution Plus (Solution+), the first ecosystem and enhanced e-commerce platform in Malaysia that connects SkyWorld homeowners and traders.

According to Mr. Lee Chee Seng, Chief Executive Officer of SkyWorld, SkyMeridien is completed on time amidst the pandemic and is ready for handover to respective owners. “Perfected for urbanites who aspire to find work-life balance, we are positive that SkyMeridien homeowners will be impressed with the facilities, quality workmanship and the investment made,” continued Lee.

Staying true to its brand purpose to ‘Make Living Better’, SkyMeridien is a certified green building designed to save energy and resources. This project is also equipped with an Automated Waste Collection System (AWCS) to promote a cleaner and more hygienic environment. With the ESG initiatives in mind, maximum cross ventilation, thermal comfort and day light analysis were taken into consideration while designing the lobby, common corridors and residential units.

SkyMeridien is a perfect vacation destination at the comfort of home for families offering 32 impressive resort-inspired facilities such as Olympic-length swimming pool, 3 unique gym concepts (indoor, outdoor and hydro), arcade games room, lounge/co-working space, multi-sportcilities featuring rock climbing, half basketball court and many more.

A transit-oriented development, SkyMeridien is strategically located with easy access to public transports and major highways. Its future residents can easily board a LRT train via a 300m covered walkway at Sentul Timur LRT Station.

“Gone are the days whereby one needs to painstakingly search for contacts, recommendations and price comparison for interior design, renovations, furniture and other home solutions. Solution+ is made to address these issues, all within your fingertips.

SkyWorld homeowners are able to enjoy great savings and special packages from our preferred home solutions partners. This will also shorten the delivery time thus making shopping convenient anytime, anywhere. Furthermore, this platform acts as a creative market place for our partners to showcase their products and services too,” cited Lee.

All SkyWorld Solution+ partners are carefully selected through a stringent selection process from wide varieties of move-in necessities, ranging from Interior design and renovation, furniture, home appliances, telco subscription services, movers, packers and rental services. Some of its partners include Electrolux, Panasonic, Samsung, Buenos Kitchen, Maju Home Concept, BestMas, Profound Axis, and many more.

During the soft launch earlier this year, SkyWorld has received an overwhelming response from both of its SkyMeridien and SkyAwani 3 purchasers, with sales of over RM2.8 million transacted within a week.

“We strongly believe with the introduction of Solution+, we will be elevating the entire sky-living experience in SkyWorld to a whole new level”, ended Lee.

SkyWorld targets to launch 4 projects in strategic locations like Setapak, Cheras, Taman Melawati and Setiawangsa. Get the latest updates from SkyWorld via
