KUALA LUMPUR, July 21— Sime Darby Property will be launching phase three of the Elmina Valley homes at the City of Elmina this Saturday.
The gross development value (GDV) of Elmina Valley Phase 3 is RM280 million and is part of Elmina West of the City of Elmina, a 2,023-hectare freehold mixed development with a total GDV of RM25.8 billion.
“We are confident of Elmina Valley Phase 3 repeating the success of Elmina Valley Phase 1 and 2, where both phases recorded over 90 per cent take up within 2 days of their respective official launches,” Sime Darby Property Managing Director, Datuk Jauhari Hamidi said in a statement today.
The Elmina Valley Phase 3 comprises 354 units of double-storey link homes featuring an open-plan floor layout, designed to accommodate different lifestyles and built for modern and multigenerational living.
Prices start from RM619,888 and completion is slated for 2018.
The City of Elmina includes townships of Denai Alam, Bukit Subang, Elmina East and Elmina West.
Located along the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, the city offers seamless inter-connectivity and accessibility.
