“Nilai Impian is a vibrant township located in Nilai with direct links to the North-South Expressway,” Sime Darby Property said in a statement.
Meanwhile, Sime Darby Property also launched a new residential in the township, named Azalea 2, consisting 88 units of double-storey link homes following the successful Azalea 1, which received a 70% take-up rate within three months of its launch.
Moving forward, Sime Darby Property said it planned to launch more residential units on a 161.87-hectacre land within the township next year.
