KUALA LUMPUR, 23 February: Residenz Clubhouse, the residents-only clubhouse within S P Setia’s township development Setia Warisan Tropika in Sepang was recently completed and ready for viewing.
Standing on 1 acre of land within the 129.93-acre Setia Warisan Tropika, Residenz Clubhouse is perched in front of the Lake of Monarch and surrounded by the ‘gardenscapes’ and seamlessly connected to the linear park.
“Focused on enhancing our residents’ well-being and building a community within the township, Residenz Clubhouse completes the tropical living concept that we bring with Setia Warisan Tropika. It will serve as a place for bonding and recreation for families living in Setia Warisan’s 692 homes,” said Setia Warisan Tropika General Manager, Noor Lida Nazri.
Residenz Clubhouse will be a place for family and loved ones to bond and relax, with a swimming pool, wading pool, gymnasium and space for recreational and yoga activities. Its multipurpose hall which also can be used as a badminton court can accommodate up to 250 people. Residents will also enjoy film screenings at the outdoor cinema area near the pool.
“In line with S P Setia’s sustainability agenda, Residenz Clubhouse is built with a solar panel system as a more environmentally friendly energy source in an effort to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases and dependence on non-renewable energy,” added Noor Lida.
Located in Pekan Baru Salak Tinggi in Sepang, Setia Warisan Tropika measures 129.93 acres with a tropical resort environment. It offers terraced strata homes with Flexi options to suit the lifestyles and preferences of its residents.
