Setia Ecohill Unveils Zen-Inspired Hanami Residences In Semenyih


SELANGOR, 26 September – With inspiration from the elements of Japanese architecture, S P Setia’s Setia EcoHill township development in Semenyih is unveiling Hanami Residences semi-detached homes on 24 September.

“Hanami Residences is designed to bring the zen living experience to our homebuyers with Japanese elements embedded into the architecture of the homes which complement the zen garden concepts surrounding this phase in Setia EcoHill,” said Koh Sooi Meng, General Manager of Setia EcoHill.

With a gross development value of RM50 million, Hanami Residences stands on 7.93 acres of freehold land in Setia EcoHill. It includes 40 units of double-storey semi-detached homes priced from RM1.23 million with land areas of 38 ft by 80 ft.

Hanami Residences homes come in four different types of layouts. The spacious built-up ranges from 2,381 sqft to 2,621 sqft, offering up to 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for its largest unit.

“Space is the priority for our upgrading homebuyers with families, as the work-from-home trend in the post-pandemic era is still trending. With Hanami Residences, we have allocated a double volume living area and extra room inside the master bedroom which can be used as a home office or walk-in closet for selected types,” added Koh.

Japanese elements are not only seen on the modern tatami-style façade. Residents of Hanami Residences can also immerse themselves in the zen environments of the 3.2-acre Zen Garden, the 3.5-acre Rainbow Creek and the Woodland Park which are just within walking distances.
