S P Setia’s ‘Kingsville’ in Setia Ecohill Debuts in Style

Semenyih: S P Setia’s regal collection aptly named Kingsville – the first ever collection of single-storey and 1½-storey bungalows in Setia EcoHill had a successful launch at the end of July this year. Attracting buyers from neighbouring areas seeking single-storey homes, the Kingsville collection certainly made an outstanding impression offering ample lush greenery in the surrounding environment coupled with easy access into the township via the LEKAS-EcoHill Link.

The English-inspired architecture homes at Kingsville exude a modern take of colonial-style residence, with an open space concept for the layout design. SM Koh, General Manager of Setia EcoHill shared on the day of the launch, “We received good demand for the homes from small families and empty-nesters aspiring to have a better living environment with trusted security.”

“The take up rate for our Kingsville collection has been good despite the current slow economic condition and I am very pleased to announce that all our 1½ storey bungalow units of Phase 1 are fully booked. With the right product and pricing, we are quite confident that all the remaining units of the single storey bungalows will be fully taken up come year end,” said SM Koh.

Kingsville boasts pocket gardens and streetscapes inspired by the Victorian era. Residents will be greeted by four distinctive pillars and tall juniper trees upon entering from Kings Avenue while the pocket gardens will feature a croquet grass playing-court, romantic gazebos, arches and beds of flowers to blend with the project’s theme. These pocket gardens will transition to the award-winning landscape of the Oriental Gardens located adjacent of Kingsville, hence creating a contrasting ‘East meets West’ living environment.

The bungalows in Kingsville feature high ceilings, practical layouts without stairs and generous land sizes. All homes will be pre-installed with solar heating and rainwater harvesting systems. The single-storey show unit is now currently under construction and will be open for viewing by the end of 2017. Phase 2 of Kingsville is likely to be launched at the same time.

Since its inception in 2013, Setia EcoHill has aspired to be the most livable residential address in the southern corridor with its wide range of amenities, generous landscapes & greenery and superior infrastructure compared to neighbouring cities and township. To date, more than 2,000 homes have been handed over to buyers, with another 2,500 units under construction.

S P Setia is set to launch two more affordable landed projects in Setia EcoHill 2 by the early 4th quarter of this year. Setia EcoHill 2 is a 1,010-acre township based on the same green living concept, located just 2.5km from Setia EcoHill. The two residential products to be launched called Barras and Elmera are targeted at small families and first-time home buyers who would prefer to live on landed property. The indicative price is very attractive, starting from below RM500,000.

Before these houses are even ready, Setia EcoHill 2 will have one of the largest community parks in the region and a breathtaking highland adventure park open to the public. Spanning 17 acres, the South Creek is targeted to be ready to serve the community by the end of 2017. Also underway is the Adventure Park in the Highlands, which will feature a myriad of outdoor activities and extreme sports to cater to those who are more adventurous.

The improved infrastructure in Semenyih has created an influx of buyers from surrounding neighbourhoods with the introduction of a beautiful living environment and a well-thought-out master plan by S P Setia.
