17 March, SETIA ALAM – More than 800 members of Citizen Setia turned up at the ‘60th Jubilee Mega Merdeka Giveaway’ lucky draw session held at Setia City Convention Centre here with the hopes that Lady Luck would be smiling down on them. S P Setia, hailed as the country’s prominent and leading developer, rewarded Setia property purchasers, referred as Citizen Setia, with prizes and cash rebates amounting up to a fabulous RM1.32 million.
The ‘60th Jubilee Mega Merdeka Giveaway’ was launched to commemorate the Malaysia’s 60th Independence Day celebrations last year with the promotion running right up until 31st December 2017. A total of 2568 Citizen Setia were entitled for the giveaway by virtue of purchasing a property with S P Setia during the stipulated period.

The event saw 60 Citizen Setia walking away with RM6,000 each. Another six lucky winners were RM60,000 richer. One of the lucky six, Wong Liang Wu from Setia Eco Park was elated with his win. “This is the luckiest day of my life! I am so happy I made the choice to own a Setia property last year as I have always believed in the Setia brand which is a symbol of trust, reliability and value in the market,” he said. Sarah Nadia Zakaria, who purchased a home in Setia EcoHill 2, Semenyih won the top prize of RM600,000 or 60% of Purchase Price.
