5 September, KUALA LUMPUR – S P Setia won the “Best Employer” award for the ninth time at the Aon Best Employers 2018 award ceremony held today. Datuk Koe Peng Kang, Executive Vice President of S P Setia and Nadiah Tan Abdullah, Chief Human Resources Officer of S P Setia, received the honour on behalf of the Group.
“S P Setia has once again raised the bar for human resources (HR) practices having been accredited here today, excelling in managing age diversity at the workplace,” said Nadiah proudly who also mentioned that the Group’s brand new mantra, ‘Stay Together Stay Setia’ is the epitome of the Setia values that emphasises on teamwork and togetherness.
S P Setia was also awarded as one of the Best Employers in Malaysia in the year 2017, 2016, 2015, 2013, 2011, 2009, 2005 and 2003. On top of that, in 2013 and 2011, S P Setia was also named Malaysia’s Best of the Best and Overall Best Employers respectively. The leading property developer was also given a special recognition two years ago with the ‘Commitment to Engagement’ award.
