
17 April, SEMENYIH — Houzkey, the first digitalized bank-initiated Rent-to-own scheme that allows homebuyers to own homes at a locked in purchase price with instant financing approval, was well-received at Setia EcoHill in an exclusive preview held recently by S P Setia. More than 200 homebuyers turned up to enquire and submit their applications within the two-hour slot for five projects offered under the scheme at Setia EcoHill and Setia EcoHill 2 namely the Grandlis, Floris, Gloris, Banyas and Clarus collection.
“We held the exclusive preview to introduce the Houzkey solution to prospective homebuyers as well as to officially launch the program here as we want to educate interested first-time purchasers, investors and home upgraders on the innovative Rent-to-own option that is now available to support their home purchase,” said Koh Sooi Meng, General Manager for Setia EcoHill.
“We anticipated the good response from the surrounding community as there were special incentives offered to those signing up including a low rental scheme for the first three-year tenure, 0% easy payment for three months rental deposit as well as one-year free clubhouse membership at the newly-opened Club 360˚ located within the Setia EcoHill township,” explained Koh further.
The iconic Club 360° building located on the highest point of Setia EcoHill houses the many facilities of the clubhouse including a gymnasium, multi-sports centre with an international futsal arena and four badminton courts which also doubles as a full-size basketball court plus an impressive full Olympic-length swimming facility flanked by wet and dry parks for children.
According to Koh, with the HouzKey scheme in Setia EcoHill, homebuyers can now embark on the Rent-to-own offer of rental from as low as RM 1,000 with the choice to migrate to a purchase loan after a renting tenure of 12 months. “The good response we are experiencing has brought us to the decision of extending this campaign for another month for interested customers to find out more about this alternative home ownership program,” he said.
