Danau Mutiara is developed by Senandung Budiman, a wholly owned subsidiary of PPD which prides itself in developing high-end home projects. To date, 70% of units have been sold. Owners were given free legal fee for SPA and loan, free Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) and rebate up to RM10,000. A handover kit will also be given to all owners to familiarize themselves with the facilities, features and fittings of the unit, the surroundings and amenities that are made available to them.
