31 October, SEMENYIH – Many prospective buyers thronged the Experience Lab in Setia EcoHill Club 360 to learn about the new smart homes features that will come with the upcoming double storey terrace homes.
The newly minted Experience Lab showcases a futuristic smart home system from Blu Guard, engineered timber flooring, digital lockset and dry wall system which would potentially be featured in S P Setia’s future projects.

Setia EcoHill is gearing up to unveil the Heleena double storey terrace homes soon. These units would be the last phase of terrace homes located by EcoHill Park.
Aside from Heleena, Setia EcoHill is also offering the 22’ x 70’ Carnus double storey terrace homes that come in two variants, namely Carnus 1 and Carnus 2. Built up sizes ranging from 1,772 sq ft to 1,873 sq ft promise an open floor plan layout and ample space for the entire family.
