22 September, KUALA SELANGOR – The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) is offering RM10,000 in documentation incentive for potential Taman Bayu Malawati house buyers, a housing project under the corporation, here.
PKNS Northern Region Development General Manager Ir Mohd Muhidin Faharuddin said that besides boosting sales, the incentive also gives people the opportunity to have their own homes.
Buyers who provide complete documentation within 90 days of receiving their offer letters from PKNS, will enjoy the RM10,000 incentive.
In addition, a 12 per cent rebate will also be given to loyal PKNS customers intending to buy a unit as a second home, he told reporters after attending the Taman Bayu Malawati Open Day at the project site today.
Taman Bayu Malawati built on a 3.4-hectare plot of land, comprises 104 four-bedroom and three bathrooms housing units with each unit priced from RM499,000 to RM600,000.
Mohd Muhidin said he was confident that the housing project would receive positive response from buyers as it was close to supermarkets, commercial centres and government offices and was strategically located between Kuala Selangor and Teluk Intan, Perak.
