Kuala Lumpur, 5 June 2017 – OSK Property launched its maiden project in Australia – Melbourne Square over the weekend from 3 rd to 4th June at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. Melbourne Square is the single largest integrated development of its kind featuring a 5-acre mixed-use integrated development in Southbank with a GDV of RM9 billion. Located within 5 minutes’ walk from Australia’s most vibrant entertainment centre – Crown Melbourne, the KL launch of Phase 1 of Melbourne Square received overwhelming response in the two-day event which also saw the second tower – West Tower open for purchase for the first time exclusively in Malaysia.
