MK Land Q3 revenue falls to RM74 million

KUALA LUMPUR, May 23— MK Land Holdings Bhd’s revenue for the third quarter (Q3) ended March 31, 2016 fell to RM74 million from RM106.5 million recorded in the same quarter last year.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the group said profit before tax decreased to RM8.85 million from RM24.61 million previously.

“The current real estate market sentiment has continued to impact the property development industry.

“We will remain cautious in the current operating environment and continue with our strategies in the core property development segment for the financial year ending June 30, 2016,” it said.
