27 April, SEMENYIH – Fresh from their recent win at the Malaysia Landscape Architecture Awards (MLAA) for an Honours mention in the Landscape Development Award – Developer & GLC Category, ‘Adventure Park’ by S P Setia’s Setia EcoHill 2 was officiated by Minister of Health, YB Datuk Seri Dr. Haji Dzulkefly bin Ahmad this morning. Also present at the event were Parliament Member for Hulu Langat, YB Datuk Haji Hasanuddin bin Mohd Yunus and Executive Vice President (EVP) of S P Setia, Datuk Kow Choong Ming.
The Adventure Park is another prominent landmark of the Setia EcoHill 2 township, after the successful launch of South Creek, a recreational park that has hundreds of visitors daily made up of residents as well as members of the communities from neighbouring townships. With much of the natural landscape left intact, Adventure Park sets the perfect environment for outdoor activities for the community, offering an avenue of thrill and excitement for those who appreciate nature.

RM3 million was invested to ensure that the Adventure Park lives up to its name. 95% of the trees at the original Bukit Tempurung were conserved while building the park with its highest peak recorded at 120m above sea level. For the convenience and safety of the visitors, 60 parking bays are allocated and monitored by a 24-hour CCTV, in addition to dedicated police watch as well as security enforcements at the park area.

Delighted by the official opening of the park, Datuk Kow said, “This Adventure Park is a gem nestled amongst surrounding townships. We hope that this park will serve as a weekend getaway not only for nature enthusiasts, but also families and residents who would swap skyscrapers for lush greenery and exercise trails.”
“We also believe that the park will add value to our expanding township as homebuyers are gradually realising the importance of green spaces in their living area,” Datuk Kow added.
With a preview of Setia EcoHill 2’s latest launch of linked Semi-D’s, Frossa, being unveiled next week, Setia EcoHill 2’s position as a self-sustaining township is further solidified; and this would translate into appreciation of house value as the township grows.
