Hence, placing Iskandar Puteri as the newest GBS hub in Southeast Asia. MIM has recently initiated engagements with key stakeholders to discuss how to better harness talent and human capital that investors can then leverage upon.”
Datuk Khairil added, “MIM is keen to contribute to the development of Iskandar Puteri as a GBS hub in the region by working closely with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation Sdn Bhd to create more cyber centres in Medini that can cater to the needs of investors. Our commercial cluster, which includes two tower blocks currently being developed, offer dynamic structures and office spaces that will enable investors to flourish. We are also mindful of maintaining superior standards in township services management and creating a liveable environment surrounded by a thriving ecosystem.”
Complementing the array of products by developer partners who are largely focusing on residential projects, MIM is planning and building four cluster developments that are set to cement its presence as the future central business district of Iskandar Puteri.
The first cluster development by MIM, called The Pulse, comprises four purpose-built office buildings with GDV of RM500million. Two office buildings, Medini 6 and Medini 7 have been built and tenanted. Construction of the third office tower, Medini 9, began in August 2015, while construction works for the fourth office tower, Medini 10 is underway where both tower blocks will be completed in 2018.
