Medini Iskandar Malaysia continues to draw Asian investors

ISKANDAR PUTERI, 3 Jan — Medini Iskandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd (MIMSB) continues to attract Asian investors to develop commercial projects in the zone.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Datuk Khairil Anwar Ahmad, said negotiations were currently taking place between Medini and an Asian company.

He said the latest development was Medini 10, a RM230 million office tower project, construction of which will begin in June and be completed in 2018.

“Several mixed development projects were undertaken in the past by Eastern & Oriental Bhd, Zhuoyuan Iskandar, Macrolink, UEM Sunrise, Mah Sing Group Bhd and UMLand.
