Lakeville Residence being recognised as the Best High Rise Development

22 December, KUALA LUMPUR – Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) took home two (2) awards; Best Property Developer and Best High Rise Development for Lakeville Residence at the Malaysia Property Press Awards 2017 that was held in Petaling Jaya.

The Malaysian Property Press Awards, which recognises the outstanding achievements of Malaysia developers in the nation, was officiated by Yang Berhormat Datuk Haji Ahmad bin Haji Maslan, Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry.

Mah Sing’s Group Managing Director, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum said “These awards recognises Mah Sing’s hard work and dedication. Over the years, we have cultivated a strong team and reliable business partners. Armed with this, we will continue to focus and anticipate the market’s needs, and to deliver houses that our buyers will be proud to call their home.”

Receiving the Best Property Developer Award on behalf of the Group, Mah Sing’s Senior General Manager Mr. Yeoh Chee Beng said “We are very pleased to receive this award which acknowledges our efforts and promise. This is a further testament to the Group’s strong track record in delivering projects of exceptional quality and exceeding our customers’ expectations”.
