Mah Sing’s homebuyers get more ‘Ong’ this Chinese New Year with pure 999 gold bars

One of the three lucky homebuyers from Southville City wins the grand prize of 100gram gold bar.

14 February, KUALA LUMPUR – Mah Sing Group’s (Mah Sing) RM23million Rewards Reloaded plus Rush For Your Gold campaign rewarded its homebuyers with pure 999 gold bars, giving them more “ong” and wealth this Chinese New Year celebration. Just last weekend, a private lucky draw session was held in M Centura, Sentul to select the lucky winners.

A total of 75 pieces of gold bars were up for grabs. The top 5 grand prizes of 100g and 200g gold bars were won by homeowners of Lakeville Residence, Meridin@Medini, Meridin East and Southville City. Mah Sing’s homebuyers also took home the other 70 pieces of 23g gold bars. Mah Sing’s Chief Executive Officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang said, “Followed by the success of our RM23million Celebration Rewards Campaign which was launched last year, we topped up the campaign with this RM23million Rewards Reloaded plus Rush For Your Gold campaign to reward our buyers for their support throughout the years. We would like to congratulate the lucky winners and we hope everyone will be blessed with good health and fortune this coming CNY celebration.”

The Group also had an extra giveaway to bring more “ong” to the homeowners where more than 300 visitors of the event were given a special lucky draw for additional 4 pieces of gold bars.

The RM23million Celebration Rewards campaign was launched to mark the Mah Sing’s 23-year anniversary in the property industry as well as ‘This is The New Us’ brand transformation. The Group subsequently topped up the campaign with RM23million Rewards Reloaded plus Rush For Your Gold campaign which was held from September to December 2017. Customers who purchased one of the Group’s selected properties are entitled for the gold bars lucky draw.

Reinvent affordability

Datuk Ho shared, “In line with ‘This is the New Us’ transformation, we are taking a different and more effective approach in our sales and marketing strategy by giving back directly to our buyers with instant rewards. We are glad to see that the campaign received a great response across all the projects which show the effectiveness of the campaign that benefit to the buyer.”

Understanding the market needs, the Group has rolled out its ‘Reinvent Affordability’ campaign that aims to reinvent what it means to be affordable by providing homes with good product specifications at an affordable price point.

The “Reinvent Affordability’ campaign covers Mah Sing’s 4 new launched project namely M Centura in Sentul, M Vertica in Cheras, M Vista in Penang and Fern phase 2 in Meridin East. The campaign received positive response where all of the projects recorded an average take up rate of 95% during its previews and units selection.

Datuk Ho added, “2018 will continue to be another positive year for Mah Sing Group, the Group will continues to Reinvent Affordability by reinventing innovative layouts, providing quality and generous facilities with high security as well as central location surrounded by amenities and convenience.”

Charms of Chinese New Year

During the month of Chinese New Year, members of the public are invited to visit the Mah Sing’s sales galleries across Malaysia. The Group is currently having its Charm of CNY Instagram photo contest where the best photo inside one of Mah Sing’s participating sales galleries stand a chance to win a RM8,888 cash ang pow. The contest is on-going until 2 March 2018 and all Malaysians are encouraged to drop by the sales galleries to experience the elaborately decorated installations.

The video titled ‘The Forgotten Ones’ was released on Mah Sing’s social media platforms on 8th February 2018. In less than one week, the meaningful video has been played more than 100,000,000 times, with 5,400 likes and 1,600 shares on Facebook.
