Reinventing affordability with Meridin East
The launch of Fern (Phase 2) is part of Mah Sing’s ‘Reinvent Affordability’ campaign which aims to reinvent what it means to be affordable by providing homes with good product specifications at a price point many can actually afford.
Meridin East offers lakeside living #YouCanAfford with its 9-acre Mulberry Lake within its development. The masterplanned integrated development also features lush green environments and a wide selection of activities to encourage healthy living.
Aside from that, Mah Sing is also making significant investments to further enhance the connectivity of Meridin East. The Group will be construction of a connecting road into the Tanjung Langsat – Cahaya Baru Toll Connecting Highway, which forms part of the Senai Desaru Expressway (SDE). This will shorten travel time to key locations such as Tanjung Langsat and Pasir Gudang between 15 minutes to 45 minutes. In addition to the connecting road into the Tanjung Langsat – Cahaya Baru Toll Connecting Highway, Mah Sing has started upgrading works to widen Jalan Kong Kong to a 40 meter, four-lane thoroughfare.
