Kuala Lumpur: Mah Sing Group Berhad’s wholly-owned subsidiary Cordova Land Sdn Bhd (Cordova) signed the sales and purchase agreement for the acquisition of an 11.233 acres of land.
The prime land is located opposite Courts Mammoth along Batu 2½ Jalan Cheras and is just 800m (walking distance) from Sunway Velocity Mall. It will be developed into M Vertica, an integrated development with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM2.2billion.
