Mah Sing Offers Rewards Up To RM23 Million For Buyers

Kuala Lumpur, 5 MAY: Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) celebrates their 23 years in the property industry and its transformation with the launch of a two-month long campaign called RM23million Celebration Rewards in Icon City, Petaling Jaya.

“In today’s economy, we believe that enhancing the lives of our buyers comes from them being able to afford their dream property. In line with ‘This is the New Us’ transformation, we are taking a different and more effective approach to our sales and marketing strategy by giving back directly to our buyers with instant rewards,” said Datuk Ho Hon Sang, Chief Executive Officer, Mah Sing.

The campaign also aims to help in easing home ownership for buyers. It is suitable for all types of buyers such as first-time homebuyers, home upgraders and investors. There is a total of 22 participating projects – eight projects in Kuala Lumpur, four projects in Penang and 10 projects in Johor. Every project offers their own unique rewards to benefit potential buyers.

“At the end of the day, we want our customers to be able to afford a home. It is important for everyone to own their own home as early in their lives as possible because homes are assets which will appreciate in value over time,” added Ho.

The rewards which total up to RM23 million will be given away based on participating projects from 1st May onwards. The campaign will end when the total of RM23million has been given out entirely or on 30th June 2017.

Some of the rewards include luxury cars like Mercedes and BMW, Signature Kitchen vouchers and complimentary furnishing packages. The rewards also come in the form of deferred payments, lucky dip, cash back, complimentary service charges, GST subsidy, foreign levy absorption, guarantee rental return, rental subsidy, free stamp duty on Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) and more. Each reward is tailored towards the individual projects based on its specific needs.

“We want to be very practical, which is why we decided to launch the ‘RM23million Celebration Rewards’ campaign. Instead of organising lavish events, we give the money directly back to our customers. Our sales galleries are open every day, with family-friendly activities held every weekend in the month of May and June,” said Ho. 

Mah Sing’s sales galleries will be opened daily, with family-friendly activities held every weekend over the two-month period. Expect to see the galleries throughout Malaysia to be filled with activities that tie back to the significant number 23; such as showcasing 23 types of flower arrangements, 23 varieties of delicious delicacies, 23 unique games booths and more.
